These terms govern the sale of Herbacha catnip cushions, hand-sewn at the Fluffy Cat Hotel in Biot, through the online shop. The seller is the company FLUFFY PET HOTEL, SARL au capital de 3 000 €, RCS Antibes 987 778 198, siège social 1050 route de la Mer, 06410 Biot.
Handmade cushions: cotton cover, inner cushion sewn shut, organic catnip, natural-fibre filling, plant-based cellophane crinkle. No zipper, no refill: the cushion is sewn shut for the cat's safety. As the products are handmade, slight variations in fabric and finish are normal.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French VAT at the applicable rate included). Seller's intra-Community VAT number: FR29 987 778 198. The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the price charged being the one in effect at the time of the order.
The order is confirmed through the cart and then payment. Payment is made by credit card or Apple Pay through our secure provider Stripe. No credit card data passes through or is stored by our site.
Free shipping within metropolitan France. As the cushions are handmade, shipment takes place as soon as your order is ready; you are notified by email of your order's tracking. In the event of an unusual delay, we will contact you.
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition. To exercise this right, contact us at fluffycathotel@gmail.com.
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
